What is JOYN?
ANSWER: Joyn is company that offers serviced living apartments in A Destination in big cities. Serviced Living Apartments are different to normal Hotel Rooms because they normally are bigger, have a kitchen and feel more like home.
Question 2
Ok – JOYN is not a Hotel – get it – but how do I check in?
ANSWER: Contactless and 24/ 7 h at out Self Check in terminals at the buildings.
Question 3
I´m a busybee – is there somebody @ JOYN who could clean my Apartment?
ANSWER: Yes – of Course – once a week – during your Stay – our staff will help you to tidy up your Apartment. Once a week is not enough? – Pls contact your Hostteam – they will help you to organize an additional cleaning or towel change.
Question 4
I´m travelling with Pets.
ANSWER: Pets are not allowed at JOYN accommodations. This includes cats, dogs and even guinea pigs and hamsters. We’d probably make an exception for goldfish though.
Question 5
Whats about Children? Can I stay at JOYN with my Familiy?
ANSWER: JOYN is a working-living hybrid, we are not ideal for children. If your family is in town, do not hesitate to contact us – we will find an additional apartment close. Of course your infants antoddlers can stay within your bed.
Please note: the JOYN Sofa cannot accommodate children and infants.
Question 6
What does fully equipped and furnsihed mean?
ANSWER: Your Apartment includes comfy furniture and daily necessities such as a bed, wardrobe, table, seating, as well as basic equipment as towels for the bathroom and pots, pans and plates for kitchenette.
Question 7
Is there a washing machine in my apartment?
ANSWER: At JOYN you can clean your Laundry in our Laundrette. Provided by WeWash, we offer a digital booking and billing system – where you can wash and dry your laundry round the clock

Where can I Smoke ?
ANSWER: sorry- no Smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the building. This goes for the indoor community areas as well as rooms and apartments. This also includes e-cigarettes. Thank you for your understanding!

Where is my JOYN Located? .
ANSWER: Everytime in an unique and vibrant neighbourhood

How are the rooms distributed, what kinda rooms and where to work?
ANSWER: Lobby (Community Area, Apartments, Terrace, Fitness Area, Meeting Rooms, Laundrettes

Is there a Place to connect to like minded?
ANSWER: Community Areas, Patios, Fitness Areas, Laundrettes – where ever you go – you could connect if you want.
